R-M is a company that has executed for more than 30 years all types of buildings, as can be appreciated in the rest of this website. Through hard work our company has become more than building constructors but builders of trust.

Many times an investor hands us a blueprint and from then on they want a total solution. In this mode we work all the technical planning and execution, delivering completed sites ready to be occupied by the owners, with all furniture and equipment included. A perfect example of this is the building for the Panamanian Public Registry, the first project this private corporation executes for the government. In this instance we also financed and maintained the building until its complete transfer for 7 years.

Since 1983 we design structurally and build complete postensioned structures, including the supply and installation of cables.

Coordination with the clients from the beginning of blueprint details, materials needed, estimated budgets, site programming, bidding, pre-qualification of contractors and subcontractors.

We manage the execution of the project from the start. In this mode we could be or not be the builders of the project, the former being the normal case. In that sense we manage the blueprints, the bidding, as well as the subsequent direction and coordination of the site’s contractors and subcontractors, even payments on behalf of the owner.

In this method we are responsible of the entire project, from its conception, blueprint development, construction and furnishing up until the final delivery of the key. It is offering the client the most complete alternative of the service.

We also offer the construction site supervision and inspection according to the established guidelines in the construction industry.

We execute the budget and the financial assessment of a project to determine its feasibility.

We design all types of structures: high rise concrete, steel, postensioned, prefab, etc. with the most up to date structural programs helped by our vast field experience, which gives us a clear feeling for the structure , and supported by the real performance of such structures in the long run.
