The project consists of 2 commercial-type galley buildings. Each building consists of approximately 26,850 m2, distributed on the ground floor and two high levels. Each building has 20 commercial premises for which the ground floor level is planned for the sales room in the front and for loading and unloading of containers in the back. The next two levels are provided for storage area and warehouse. Each building is served by a rear access road for trucks and containers. In front of the premises there is a pedestrian sidewalk and the parking lots of the project.
