Our History

Ingeniería R-M, S. A. was founded in 1974. Its current partners are engineers Roberto R. Roy, President; Laurencio Jaén L., Executive Administrative Vice President; Jaime A. Jované, Executive Vice President of Construction.

Initially, the company's work focused on the construction of industrial and storage buildings, but over time, the company was diversifying its areas of operation and today we are dedicated to the construction of all types of buildings, including industrial buildings, condominiums, banks, shopping centers, hotels, office buildings, institutional and multi-use complexes.

We have offered post tensioning service in San Juan, Puerto Rico and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Our company has remained financially strengthened, placing us in the highest standards of construction because of our dedication, commitment and stability that are some of the attributes that characterizes us.

Our social responsibility has led us to implement cleaner construction programs in our projects, recycling materials we use during the work.

In the short term we are aimed at actively participating in public investment programs that are developed in our country: aqueducts, roads, housing programs, new headquarters of public institutions and hospitals. We do not rule out that in the future we will expand our operation internationally.

Anywhere in the country where our company has a construction site, it has optimal facilities, properly equipped, with the latest generation of communication systems.
